Shipping Policy

Express Delivery is free for all purchases across Europe. Express Delivery is subject to charges, varying from country to country, outside the EU. Your product is insured through our carrier partners against loss, theft or damage until it is safely delivered to you. After receiving your product, no liability can be held against us for any of the above.

Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. It is also not possible

to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.

Please note that we use a variety of carriers depending on your country of residence and will choose the most

appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is therefore not possible to specify a preferred

carrier when placing your order.

Please also note that carriers may need you to sign for your shipment, as they won't be left at your door. This is to ensure your product arrives safely in your hands for you to enjoy!

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new purchase, but if you need to return it for any reason, we're here to make it right!

Your purchase can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of you receiving your order.

In order to return your order, we ask that it is sent back, in its original packaging, with all designer and Million Closets tags on. Items should not be returned worn, washed, soiled or in any way that is not their original condition. Swimwear must be tried on with the protective strip over underwear. We may refuse returns if the product is not considered by us to be in its original condition.

Delivery address and pick up address must be the same in order to ensure returns remain free. Should you wish to request a pick-up from a different address, a variable charge applies depending on the location of the pick-up address. (Different city, country)

Refunds:

Refunds of the full value of your purchase will be made using the payment method that was used in order to place your order (Credit-Debit Card-PayPal). Shipping costs will not be refunded however returns are free.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 working days after we will have received the product back.

In order for the above to be ensured, you will need to respond to our email stating whether you wish a refund or an exchange within 7 days of receiving it. Failing to indicate your choice in a timely matter may lead to us returning your purchase and denying either a refund or an exchange on your order.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your purchase this can be done, subject however to stock availability. The price of the exchanged product must be the same or greater than this of the original order, we do not partially refund returns.

Faulty Goods:

We check every product's condition before shipping it to you, however if you believe your purchase is faulty please contact our customer service department either by phone or email and we will happily remedy the situation should this be the case.

Repeat Returns:

We do offer our clientele a flexible refund and exchange policy however we do monitor returns and repeat returns might lead to us denying your request.
